A safety plan is a prioritized list of coping strategies and sources of support. It can help you to identify what leads to your thoughts of suicide, and how to feel better when you are having these thoughts. As a result, you can help yourself to stay safe.
At the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers caring counselors to help you navigate mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or just need someone to talk to.

Do You Provide Crisis/Emergency Support
No. Outside of my session hours, I do not offer crisis support. Please reach out to emergency services if you are experiencing situations that cannot be postponed till our next session ( i.e suicidal ideations, psychosis, etc).
I am hospitalized, What do I do?
If you are in an emergency room or inpatient care please have the social worker or medical team contact me or you can log into your client account to inform me.
